Roof is Officially Renewed
This roof is officially finished with no more moss and a brand new beautiful roof!
Starting the Shingling
The crew works from one side of the roof to the other to place the underlayment and then the shingles.
The Mossy Side
The back side of this home suffered from the most moss and lichen growth, due to it being in the shade most of the time.
Down to The Plywood
When we strip the roof, we get a better understanding of the state of the plywood decking. Sometimes the attic can only give us so much insight, other times the attic is completely inaccessible!
The Old 3-Tab Shingles
W=Here you can see some lifting shingles and discoloration.
Working Their Way Up
After stripping the front, our crew makes its way up with the new shingles.
