This roof in New Paltz, NY had a total of five layers! They only found this out when the homeowners replaced their skylights.

We spent 4 hours with this homeowner in Wallkill, NY to make sure she understood our process and findings, which she was very thankful for. We found that her thirty-year-old roof  Her roof was over thirty years old and there was no asphalt left on her shingles at this point and some of them were lifting.

Our rep went out to inspect an extended Cape with a roof at least 40 years old! The only area where our rep could assess the plywood was a small area of exposed roof! It wasn't a surprise that the plywood there did not appear to be in very good shape. There was not any leaking - yet - but there was also no attic space to do an inspection. This roof was in a very wooded area and had a significant amount of growth; it definitely needed to be replaced!

This homeowner called to schedule a free estimate because it looked like their roof was rotting! It was warping near the gutters, sagging in the metal and the eaves had water damage.

This beautiful, detached garage with a mansard-style roof had severely curled shingles on one side of the roof. The homeowners decided to replace the whole roof.

In Highland, New York, Klaus Larsen Roofing of Hudson Valley took care of business for a customer that had three layers of shingles causing folding and curling shingles. This customer had a small leak in a few parts of the roof and the roof seemed poorly installed by a prior contractor. The roof was 18 years old, has three vent pipes, and had no chimney. We were able to get the customer to production in roughly a week after giving the free estimate. 

We first met this customer in Marlboro, NY after providing a roof replacement for his neighbor. When we stripped the old shingles off the home, we found that most of the plywood was rotting and causing the roof to curve in a "U" shape. We replaced all of the rotted plywood, in order to re-secure the deck and installed Ice & Water shield with Sierra Gray shingles from Owens Corning. 

This customer had just moved into a brand new home, little did they know, another project was on the horizon. We stood out to these customers in particular, as they had been receiving quotes all week and no one had actually taken the time to tell them what was going on with their new house. We finished the project off by replacing the shed roof, with matching Estate Grey shingles.  

Doing a home in WallKill, New York. There was multiple pieces of plywood that were rotting with mold on the back porch roof. Some of the home was plank decking and some was 1/2" plywood. We were able to order both decking and plywood to accommodate for the mold and rot. The home turned out amazingly well after the Klaus Crew installed.      Justin H reached out to us because his roof was 30 years old and he thought water was getting under the shingles. We sent our Sales Consultant David  to Justin's home to look at what was going on. Upon his inspection he did find that water was getting under the shingles and causing the decking to turn black with water damage.  

     Bobby and his team of professional roofers got to work and replaced all of the rotting decking and put on a stunning new roof in the color of Shadow Brown. Problem solved no more water getting in and Justin's home is safe from mold. 

This Klaus Larsen customer was upset with all the leaks coming through his “lifetime” metal roof. The 20 year old metal roof had leaks all over due to poor installation methods. Klaus Larsen of Hudson Valley was called in to insect an price out an asphalt roofing project. 

     Roberts roof was cover in moss and was 40 years old, he knew it was only a matter of time before it would start leaking and create a big problem. He was on the internet searching for roofing companies in his area and saw Klaus Larsen Roofing.
