During the inspection, our project consultant confirmed that several areas were nearing the end of their lifespan, making a full roof replacement the best long-term solution. Once approved, our crew removed the old roofing materials, replaced any damaged plywood, and began installing our Klaus Roofing system. We applied SealoronXT Deck Tape to seal the plywood seams, followed by SealoronXT Ice & Water and VeloraONE Roof Underlayment for superior protection against leaks. The project was completed with IKO Dynasty shingles in the color Granite Black, giving the home a sharp new look and a roofing system built to last for decades. The Klaus Roofing Way!

Gutter job we installed for a lovely couple in Red Hook. You can see the old gutters were no longer holding up their end and needed to be replaced. The new gutters installed have a slight height difference to get the water from sitting, to going down the downspouts.
