On top of that, the skylights were the wrong type, they were deck-mounted when they needed to be curb-mounted for the pitch. We replaced this section with a brand-new Polyglass Elastoflex SA 3 Ply SBS Roof Membrane, installed with two base layers and one cap sheet for long-lasting protection backed by a 20-year warranty. We also upgraded the skylight system with a Velux Curb Mounted Skylight, complete with a flashing kit, solar-powered shade, and remote control for easy use. To finish it off, we installed new plywood decking underneath, giving Cullen a watertight and durable roof system built to last.
