On the day of the replacement, our crew immediately began stripping off the old roofing to uncover the root causes of the leaks. We replaced any rotting or damaged boards and then applied an Ice & Water seal and Roof Underlayment, ensuring that the new roof would be fully protected and free from future leaks. Finally, we installed IKO Dynasty shingles in the striking Emerald Green color. The result?
